All delegates must register for the congress.

REGISTRATION FEES (22% VAT included)

AICPE Member Free
You must be up to date with the 2026 membership fee, which can be renewed starting January 1, 2026

Doctor not AICPE Member
€ 650,00 – 3 days of Congress
€ 600,00 – 2 days of Congress
€ 400,00 – 1 day of Congress

Speaker/Resident/Foreign Doctor
€ 450,00 – 3 days of Congress
€ 350,00 – 2 days of Congress
€ 200,00 – 1 day of Congress

 

Accompanying person/visitor
€ 150,00 – 1 day 

 

Social Dinner € 180,00  (10% VAT included)

 

THE REGISTRATION INCLUDES

  • Access to the scientific sessions and exhibition area
  • Congress kit
  • Certificate of attendance
  • Free participation in workshop sessions
  • Lunches and coffee breaks as for programme

Method of payment

When paying by bank transfer, a copy of the transfer receipt must be sent to chiara.fiordimondo@mzevents.it

Registrations without proof of payment will not be accepted.

On-site registrations can be paid only by credit card or cash. Cheques will not be accepted.

Currency

Registration fees and charges for all events related to the 12 Congresso Nazionale AICPE must be paid in euros.

Invoicing

When filling out the online registration form the Secretariat strongly recommend to pay particular attention to the Invoicing page.

Before registering, carefully check who the invoice shall be headed to and make sure you have all relevant information:

  • header
  • address
  • VAT code
  • fiscal code (for Italians only)
  • PO number (if required)

Make sure the invoice details/name spelling you are going to indicate are the correct ones. 

 

Cancellation and refund

Cancellations must be sent in writing to chiara.fiordimondo@mzevents.it

The amount equal to 80% of the fee paid will be refunded for cancellations received by 2 February 2026.

Until March, 1st 2026 a refund of 50% of the fee will be granted.

After March 1st 2026 no refunds will be issued.

All refunds will be paid in Euros after the congress.
